“I was searching on the internet one day and up came an advertisement on Marisa Peer named Britain’s best Therapist by Tatler magazine and her Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). It’s different from regular therapies that exist. I decided to try it, and this is when Cindy, who trained with Marisa, came into the picture. I live in Montreal and she lives in England so we did a session on Skype. I had had low self-esteem since I was a child until now at the age 52. “I approached Cindy in London for Rapid Transformational Therapy, to help remedy an eight-month-old problem of insomnia.
As I now know, insomnia can be a complex issue, with many different contributing issues. It can be a combination of physical (habit) and mental (anxiety/stress).
What had begun with a business worry that interrupted my sleep, very quickly became a regular, debilitating habit of waking at 1 or 2 am. This continued for many months long after the business worry had been rectified.
Along with poor sleep came fatigue, loss of motivation and further worry about not sleeping. There was a loss of ‘self’.
Although I experienced early benefits from the first hypnotherapy session and recording, it seemed that I needed more than one consultation to peel back the many layers of my particular onion. The source of the problem is not always what we think it is.
